It’s a superposition of both states until you make a measurement
Most likely option is it flops out but only if the angle is sufficient for the cube to overcome its centre of gravity and topple. And do so before the orange portal rises again. Also depends if the downward orange portal directly touches the base or not, since there might be a bit of a “lip” to overcome too.

I’m giving so many people Fs on this assignment because you failed to read all the instructions.
The correct answer is B due to the graphical conservation of speed lines.
I did it deliberately.
Lemmy reads more than most but people aren’t good at reading
Real world B. In-game, A
This was answered decades ago

In that situation both portals (the inside and the outside window frame) have equal, but opposite velocities and therefore cancel out any momentum from the person.
When dealing with OP’s scenario, only one portal is moving.
I choose A because that would mean I could use the portal to fuck myself in the ass easier.
Trying to conceptualize what that would be like is making my head hurt.
A

There’d be no cube but yes
In the first moment of exit, it might look like this though
Ragebait aside the answer is B.
If you had a table with a cylinder, with a ping pong ball in it, and a circular weight dropped around the top of the cylinder that hits the table, the ping pong ball will bounce due to the forces of the weight hitting the table. Enough energy would be transferred through the impact, that would cause the ball to seemingly jump up in the cylinder.
Physics are weird.
If we’re only supposed to do ragebait answers, then anyone who passed 3rd grade science would be able to tell you the answer is obviously B
If you actually played the game, and paid attention in physics class in highschool, then you would know the answer is clearly A, and everyone who says it is B really needed the simplified explanation from GLaDOS to understand how to play the game.
divide by zero
Momentum is conserved when passing through a portal. In the reference frame of the out portal, the object has no momentum, so it plops out.
A if it’s a cube. B if it’s beans.
Edit: Obligatory bean tax
This is clearly an unbirth scenario and the A and B things are unrelated. Either way, your baby is companion cube and GladOs is the father.
Thanks for coming to my Ted X talk.
