I’m on desktop so I opened the pic in a new tab, opened it to full height, and there are what look like a set of dark brown horizontal slat blinds compressed at the top as if raised (it’s flat-fronted so not a roll), then behind that another set of lighter brown horizontal slats down the right side as if lowered, and a square of glass in front of both.
