Someone chucked a milkshake at Nigel Farage a couple of years ago and got a 13-week suspended jail sentence for assault. Along with endless pearl-clutching from the right and Farage talking about how distressed he was.
Which is funny when you compared it to back in the 90s when someone threw an egg at John Prescott and he immediately punched them in the face lol.

Sadly, the most prolific pie thrower recently died. He was an amazing iconoclast.
One of his favorite targets was the French philosopher Bernard-Henri Lévy, who was pied by Godin or one of his accomplices on at least seven occasions.
After checking out this Bernard guy, all I can say is: “good”
I wonder if at least once he approached Lévy saying “Behold! A Pie!”
