Depending on the place, it may also be of sort of a suggestion for peace, truth, solidarity, considering the character as Lisa Simpson!
Also, seeing the hand behind the saxophone, the artwork is quite complex, presenting a whole anamorphosis, too!

Is it actually a functional pipe or was it put there for the painting? Why does it bend up like that? Why is it just in the middle of the wall?
