I think that might just be reading too much into it. It’s just a meme about how people can be tricked into thinking that enriching others who keep them poverty is “winning”. Harris isn’t in office, and this house has a particularly zealous Trump sign, so what else is there to make a meme about?

I think that it’s impossible to gaslight people out of poverty, no matter which party is doing so. I think it would be nice to have a party that intended to help the poor instead of one party that hates them and another party that spent 4 years finding every excuse to not help them.

The latter party is in no position to dunk on the former. Until democrats fix their shit, I don’t care how full of themselves they are about all the help they worked so hard to block when they were in office.

What makes this an inherently (DNC) democratic message, though? Are democrats the only ones allowed to be critical of the MAGAsphere?

No, but my downvotes indicate that no one is ever allowed to be critical of democrats no matter what they do.
