Their sodas have always been mostly ice, and the quality of the waffle fries has always been location dependent. How hasn’t another chain taken over their market share?
Real talk, at least in my area CFA’s service is still head and shoulders above any other fast food restaurant. I will often choose them over other locations because I know I won’t be waiting around for 10-15mins for my order.
