I wonder if it helps the UK left the EU, somehow I feel the commonwealth countries want to belong to the rest of ‘the west’ but also don’t want to be too close to London either. If that’s true, that’s another Brexit benefit for the non-brits.

Personally i don’t mind reading LLM text, (it does make a text easy to scan) but I do get suspicious: is this just one prompt asking a llm to do research on a topic or is this actual research with a layer of ai to improve quality of the text. If someone writes ‘ai text based on actual research’ i am already more inclined to trust the information. Just a disclaimer at the end might help to gain trust. (or the beginning perhaps, maybe that would prevent people from discarding the text as slop beforehand?). I like how you mention the website is yours, i immediately know the perspective this is created from.

Side note, i from time use an llm to practice foreign language conversation. You could ask the llm not to give you a corrected version of your text but a list of the mistakes. If it understands that intention it works more like the ‘old’ spellchecker that underlines in red (which I sometimes choose to ignore because I know better than a machine, and sometimes I’m really happy it caught something I overlooked).
