The actual propaganda is China trying to convince you that North Korea isn’t a despotic authoritarian hellhole, because as their largest trading partner, why don’t they exert their influence to change that? Because any threat to Kim’s regime is a threat to the CCP. So they have to convince YOU that everything you read about North Korea is actually US propaganda lies.
This is not saying that the source for this is Radio Free Asia, but that they’ve also reported similar.
