And the whole “we don’t agree with the assessment of the US as a disinformation actor” is unlikely to be true, but even if it is, due to the US pressure now a lot more people know about this assessment at the conference than would have otherwise been the case (Streisand effect). The pressure itself is an indicator that the US seek to influence the EU. Kinda seems like the US shooting themselves in the foot, because they are somewhat confirming the narrative they are trying to subdue.
