To be fair neutrons are usually harder to block. Lead has a tenth thickness of 2” for gammas whereas the smallest tenth thickness for neutrons is around 6” for borated poly and the most common shields are water at 10” and concrete at 14”
So yeah it is different but overall it takes much thicker shields to block neutrons than gammas
